Burrata Rosso with Rao's Homemade & Black Crown Caviar

Burrata Rosso with Caviar:


Ingredients


  • 2 each jars Rao’s Homemade Roasted Garlic Pizza Sauce

  • 1 each baguette, cut into ¼ inch slices & toasted, or 1 prebaked pizza crust cut into wedges

  • 3 tbsp Rao’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 each 4oz ball fresh Burrata cheese, drained

  • Black Pepper to taste

  • 1 tin 1.75oz Black Crown Caviar Siberian Sturgeon


Directions


  1. Preheat an oven to 350F degrees.

  2. Add the jars of Rao’s Roasted Garlic Pizza Sauce to a shallow oven proof baking dish.

  3. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake the pizza sauce for 10 minutes until it begins to bubble.

  4. Quickly remove the baked pizza sauce from the oven.

  5. Arrange the drained Burrata in the middle of the hot pizza sauce.

  6. Insert a knife in the middle of the Burrata to make a hole.

  7. Fill the hole with the caviar.

  8. Drizzle the Burrata, Caviar, and Pizza sauce with the extra virgin olive oil.

  9. Serve warm with either the toasted bread or the baked pizza crust.
