Margherita Classica Pizza with Rao's Homemade & Black Crown Caviar

Margherita pizza with caviar:


Ingredients


  • 1 jar 12.3oz Rao’s Margherita Pizza Sauce

  • 1 each 12-inch parbaked pizza crust

  • 1 each 8oz container Stracciatella cheese

  • 1 tbsp Truffle Oil (optional)

  • 3-4 each basil leaves, torn into pieces

  • 1 each 1.75oz tin Black Crown Caviar Sterlet caviar


Directions


  1. Preheat the oven to 400F degrees.

  2. Working with your preferred prebaked pizza crust, generously spread the 1 cup of your reserved Rao’s Margherita Pizza Sauce over the crust.

  3. Place the sauced pizza crust in the oven and bake for approximately 8 minutes, until the sauce bubbles, and the crust is crispy.

  4. Remove the pizza from the oven and place on a cutting board.

  5. Next, using a spoon, dollop the Stracciatella cheese over the baked pizza leaving some of the sauce exposed.

  6. Now, sprinkle the torn Basil all over the pizza.

  7. Next, using a small spoon, generously garnish the mounds of stracciatella with the caviar.

  8. Finally, drizzle the Truffle over the pizza if you desire.

  9. Cut the pizza into 8 pieces and serve.
